1. Ownership & Protection
All content hosted on this website—including but not limited to the adaptive aptitude questions, detailed answer explanations, mechanical comprehension scenarios, psychomotor
simulation logic, study guides, graphics, logos, videos, and software algorithms (collectively,
the “Content”)—is the exclusive intellectual property of Verizen Coaching.
This Content is protected under:
- Australian Copyright Act 1968
- New Zealand Copyright Act 1994
- The Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works
- International trademark treaties and applicable national laws in over 180 countries.
The Content constitutes original works independently developed by Verizen Coaching. It is
not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of the Australian Defence Force (ADF), the
New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF), or any official government recruitment body.
2. Limited License & Permitted Use
Verizen Coaching grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable
license to access the Content solely for your personal, individual, and non-commercial
preparation for military and emergency service aptitude assessments.
This license is strictly tied to the individual purchasing customer. Any use of the Content
beyond personal study is prohibited without prior written consent from Verizen Coaching.
3. Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a violation of Australian, New
Zealand, and international law:
- Reproduction: Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works from any testing
modules or explanations. - Sharing: Distributing login credentials, PDFs, or “screen-recorded” content with third
parties. - Commercial Use: Using Verizen Coaching materials for commercial training, private
tutoring, or resale. - Digital Theft: Scraping, data mining, or reverse-engineering the adaptive testing
software or databases. - AI Training: Using Verizen Coaching Content to train any Artificial Intelligence (AI)
model, Large Language Model (LLM), or machine learning dataset.
4. Prohibition in Educational & Institutional Settings
Under no circumstances may Verizen Coaching Content be used in any group or instructional
setting without a specific Institutional License. This includes:
- Private or public schools, universities, or polytechnics.
- Government-operated training programs or “pre-enlistment” courses.
- Private coaching groups, webinars, or virtual classrooms.
This prohibition applies regardless of whether the instruction is provided for profit or on a
pro-bono basis.
5. Trademark Notice
The name Verizen Coaching, the logo, and all associated trade dress are protected under
Australian and New Zealand law. They may not be used in connection with any product or
service not authorized by us in a manner likely to cause confusion among candidates or
disparage the Verizen brand.
6. Enforcement & Legal Remedies
Verizen Coaching actively monitors for unauthorized use. We utilize digital watermarking
and IP-tracking to detect the unauthorized distribution of our proprietary tests. We will pursue
all available legal remedies against infringers, including:
- Immediate and permanent account termination without refund.
- Issuance of Cease-and-Desist notices and DMCA takedown requests.
- Civil claims for damages, lost profits, and legal fees.
- Reporting of violations to relevant educational institutions or Defence Force
recruitment offices, which may impact your enlistment eligibility.
7. Reporting Infringement
If you discover unauthorized use of Verizen Coaching materials or suspect someone is

8. Changes to This Notice
Verizen Coaching reserves the right to update this Copyright Notice at any time. Continued
use of the site and its services constitutes acceptance of the most current terms.
