Verizen coaching was a crucial aspect of my preparation for my OSB. Without them, the OSB would not have been nearly as easy as what it was with proper coaching. I got a high recommendation on the day, so don't just take my word for it, the panel loved the answers I gave too!

My son has benefited tremendously from the coaching. He was very well guided throughout his preparation for the ADF interview. The sessions are well structured and targeted the areas of improvement. The coach was also able to answer all my queries as well 😀. Highly recommended 👍

Ive done almost the full courses for the Defence interview and OSB.

The Defence interview questions comfortably prepared me for it to the point where I could answer all of their questions.

The OSB impromptu speech algorithm really helped my confidence in that critical step of the selection board and the mock interview helped remember and reinforce some of the old stuff.

The sessions are quite pricey in my opinion however, they got me through the whole process as advertised.

Extremely helpful from start to finish of my course. My mentor led me through all of the exact questions and scenarios that I would encounter in my OSB, and allowed me to achieve a recommendation for my officer role. I would definitely recommend Verizen Coaching if you want to ace your OSB!

Verizon Coaching is definetly worth the preparation for OSB. The questions were OSB imaged and it was great to learn the structures and improve techniques for OSB skills.

I went through Verizen's ASP Simulator when I applied . The course was extremely accurate to the real 2 days and 20 tests at Sale, and I unlocked my top preference role of RAAF Pilot!

The Additional Testing simulator is the closest thing you will get to the actual Defence assessment day. The speed, time limits, and question formats were spot on. Helped me lock in my aviation role without stress and progressed to ASP.
