ADF Assessment Day Coaching

The ADF Assessment Day Coaching program is designed to help candidates prepare for one of the most challenging and competitive stages of the recruitment process. The Assessment Day is designed to identify well-prepared candidates while filtering out those who lack the knowledge, confidence, and preparation required to succeed. Like any high-stakes interview, thorough ADF assessment day preparation can significantly improve your chances of being recommended. Our virtual coaching program simulates the Assessment Day experience, helping you understand the format, anticipate common ADF assessment day questions, and build confidence before your interview.

Through personalised ADF interview coaching, we identify your strengths and areas for improvement, provide expert feedback and guidance, refine your responses, and help eliminate potential red flags that may affect your performance. Candidates preparing for the earlier recruitment stages can also build confidence with our Free ADF JOA Practice Test before progressing to Assessment Day. Our ADF candidate coaching program is tailored for both Officer and Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) applicants. For NCO candidates, the Assessment Day is the final stage of the recruitment process before an enlistment decision is made. For officer applicants, strong performance during the ADF recruitment interview is essential to progress to the Officer Selection Board (OSB).

To maximise your chances of success, we recommend preparing for every stage of recruitment, including the ADF Application Process, while using practical ADF assessment day tips, targeted interview preparation, and expert defence force interview coaching to perform with confidence on the day.
