“Don’t Pass, Don’t Pay” Policy & Terms

1. Eligibility for Refund

The “Don’t Pass, Don’t Pay” guarantee applies exclusively to clients who have purchased eligible Verizen Coaching structured preparation courses (e.g., Additional Testing, JOA, or OSB preparation programs) and have officially failed their ADF assessment stage (Initial Assessment Day, Additional Testing, or Officer Selection Board).

2. Qualifying Criteria (The Client Commitment)

To qualify for a full refund under this policy, the client must fulfill all of the following criteria prior to attending their official ADF assessment:

Full Course Completion: The client must complete 100% of the structured modules, video lessons, and practice materials included in their purchased Verizen Coaching program.

Demonstrated Mastery (The 80% Rule): The client must achieve a best score of at least 80% across all graded practice quizzes, numerical tests, and abstract reasoning modules within the Verizen learning portal. (Verification of scores is pulled directly from the system analytics).

Timely Notification & Proof: In the event of an official ADF non-selection or failure notification, the client must notify Verizen Coaching in writing via support email within 14 business days of receiving their official ADF results, and provide a copy of their official ADF outcome notification letter/email.

3. Exclusions & Disqualifications

The “Don’t Pass, Don’t Pay” guarantee is null and void if:

The client fails to complete the course or fails to meet the 80% minimum test score threshold prior to their assessment date.

The client defers, cancels, or fails to attend their scheduled ADF assessment without prior formal rescheduling approval.

The client’s non-selection is due to medical, dental, psychological, fitness (PFA), or security/citizenship disqualifications rather than cognitive testing or board performance.

4. Refund Processing

Once valid proof of non-selection and completion metrics are verified by our team, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

These Terms and Conditions outline your legal rights and obligations when using Verizen Coaching’s Website and Services. Make sure to review them thoroughly and contact us with any questions.

The Verizen Coaching “Pass ASP, or Walk Away for Free” Guarantee

We stand by the fidelity of Australia’s first Aviation Screening Program (ASP) Simulator. If you complete our preparation program and are ultimately deemed ineligible for any ADF aviation career pathway as a result of your official screening, you are eligible for a full refund under the following criteria:

  1. Full Program Completion: The candidate must complete 100% of the core simulator modules, practice exams, and diagnostic tests provided within the Verizen Coaching ASP platform prior to their official ADF screening date.

  2. Performance Threshold: The candidate must achieve a verified score of at least 80% across all major simulator testing and practice modules prior to attending their official ADF screening. Proof of completion and score logs must be provided upon request.

  3. Verification of Outcome:

    • The candidate must provide official documentation from the Australian Defence Force (ADF) confirming that, following their official ASP screening, they are completely ineligible for selection across all ADF aviation roles (Pilot, Aviation Warfare Officer, Air Combat Officer, etc.).

  4. Claim Window: Refund claims must be submitted via email to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving official notification from the ADF, accompanied by your score logs and official documentation.

This guarantee ensures zero risk for dedicated candidates who master our simulator standards but miss out on an aviation career.
