If you are referred to ADF Careers through our unique Verizen member code and successfully enlist, we will pay you $500 once you hit your 12-month service milestone. It’s our way of investing in your long-term success in the Force.
How It Works
- Get the Code:Contact us to receive our official Verizen Referral QR Code before you start your application.
- Apply:Scan the code to register your interest with ADF Careers. This links your application to our referral profile.
- Serve:Complete your recruitment process, enlist, and finish your first 12 months of service (Enlisted or Officer).
- Get Paid: Once the ADF clears the referral bonus to our member, we transfer $500 directly to you.
The Fine Print (Eligibility Rules)
To ensure you qualify for the $500 payout, the following ADF-mandated conditions must be met:
- New Candidates Only:You must not have already engaged with ADF Careers or been “referred” by anyone else previously. Retrospective referrals are not possible.
- 12-Month Milestone:The incentive is only paid once you successfully complete 12 months of service in SERCAT 7. If you discharge or transition before this date, the benefit is forfeited.
- First-In Rule:If multiple people refer you, the ADF only honors the very first referral link you used.
- Exclusions:You are not eligible for this specific scheme if:
- You are an immediate family member of the Verizen referrer.
- You have previously served in the ADF.
- You have previously withdrawn from initial military training (IMT).
- You are determined “Not Suitable” by ADF Careers during the recruitment process.
