This gave me the confidence to finally book my JOA session. Knowing I could handle the practice questions meant I didn't have to walk into the DFR center blind.

The best thing about this free test is the accuracy of the question types. It doesn't waste your time with "IQ" questions that never appear on the ADF Careers assessment.

Simple to use and very mobile-friendly. I did a quick practice run on the train, and it really helped me sharpen my pattern recognition for the shape-series questions.

This test helped me bridge the gap between "knowing" the math and being able to "do" the math under a timer. Essential for anyone who hasn't been in school for a while.

A very professional resource for $0. It’s better than most paid apps I’ve seen on the App Store. It’s clear that Verizen actually understands the Defence recruitment process.

The verbal reasoning section on this free test was surprisingly tricky. It made me realize I needed to slow down and actually read the prompts rather than skimming.

I used this the night before my JOA just to get my brain in the right gear. It’s a perfect warm-up that gets you used to the "one-minute-per-question" pace you need to maintain.

This is a great "no-risk" way to see if you’re ready for your DFR session. The abstract reasoning questions are high quality and actually reflect the logic used in the real JOA.

If you’re just starting your application, do this first. It gives you a clear look at the "Big Three": Numerical, Verbal, and Abstract reasoning. It showed me I was way slower at math than I thought!

This is by far the only source I find that is relevant to the real assessment.
